Bought 4 Firestone tires there, put 17,000 miles on them, my wife had a car dealer chang oil and rotated tires, at regular intervals, had a vibration they road tested the car and looked at the tire said it was tire noise took the car back to steve shannons they road tested the car and looked at the tires checked the balance one was off a little and said nothing wrong with tires, the noise is in the car took the car back to the dealer they showed her one tire was warn to the 2nd layer of rubber in the center rib,called them they said tires were over inflated and nothing they can do about it because I din't buy there " warranty" funny thing is all the other tire shops dont sell "warranty"and they inflated them. INCOMPETENT SERVICE. don't take anything there
